Cumberland Senior Independent Living Apartment Community offers comfortable one- and two-bedroom apartments thoughtfully located in Somerset, Kentucky, providing a welcoming, well-maintained living option for 55 plus adults. Two centrally located elevators provide easy access to every level of the building. A dedicated freight elevator will also be available to assist with moving large items and deliveries. The first floor features a spacious central gathering area, flexible meeting and party rooms, several professional offices, and a dedicated maintenance/mechanical room to support efficient building operations. All exterior doors are secured and remain locked requiring magnetic card access or use of the doorbell/intercom to reach residents. The building is all-electric, and each apartment has its own meter for individual utility tracking; water and trash services are included. Apartments come pre-wired for fiber internet and phone service, and emergency call systems are installed in bathrooms and kitchens. Every unit is equipped with smoke detectors and an automatic sprinkler system for enhanced safety. For tenant convenience, a laundry and vending room is provided on each floor.

Property Manager will live onsite in provided 2-bedroom apartment.
