KPAR Senior Independent Living Apartment Community offers 72 comfortable one- and two-bedroom apartments thoughtfully located in Somerset, Kentucky, providing a welcoming, well-maintained living option for older adults.

Two centrally located elevators provides easy access to all levels. A freight elevator will be available for moving. The1st floor includes a spacious central gathering area, meeting/party rooms, several offices, and a dedicated maintenance/mechanical room for building operations. All exterior doors are locked between 8 pm and 7am requiring magnetic card access or doorbell/intercom to resident.

All electric facility with each unit metered separately. Water Provided. All units are wired for Fiber Optics for streaming internet and phone. All units are wired for emergency response alarm in bathrooms and kitchens.

Property Manager will live onsite in provided 2-bedroom apartment.

Residents must be 55 or older, HUD assistance is offered for qualified residents and meet management qualifications.

The facility is nonsmoking, and small pets are accepted with pet deposit.
